In the coming weeks, Monongalia County will move to the Givebacks platform for school payments, fundraising, tickets, and in-person credit card payments. Through Givebacks, families will be able to: -Make school-related payments securely online -Support school fundraisers -Stay connected with school organizations and opportunities Here’s how to access your student in Givebacks: If you use the email address associated with your student's account in the Student Information System (WVEIS) Your student will automatically appear in your Givebacks account under the “Fees” Section. No additional steps are required. Simply follow the provided instructions to create a password for that email address in Givebacks. If you use an email address that is not associated with your student's SIS account: You will need to manually add your student to your Givebacks account. To complete this process, you will need: -Your student's first and last name -Your student's ID number When the Givebacks system activates your child's account, you will receive an email with more information. In the meantime, please view the attached flyer to familiarize yourself with the online app and the payment process. We are excited about this partnership and look forward to providing an improved experience for our school community. If you have any questions, please contact your school office for more information.

📚✨ The Scholastic Book Fair is just days away! ✨📚
Get your child ready for an exciting week of books! The easiest (and safest) way for students to shop is with an eWallet — a prepaid, digital payment account you can set up ahead of time so they can shop cash-free and independently.

🎉 BONUS! Students whose parents set up an eWallet in advance will be entered into a daily raffle to win a poster! We’ll be giving one away each day of the fair! On Friday 2/27, one lucky student will also win a free book!

Setting up is quick and easy:
✅ Create your child’s eWallet
âś… Add funds
âś… Let them shop with confidence
